Very well run.

At the end of the placement you are invited to interview for a training contract. Having been on the scheme this gives you a fantastic opportunity to learn about the firm. I secured a training contract as a result of the scheme.
The Culture
Activities were orgainsed but I was also invited by collegues for drinks, lunch and dinner which gave me a real insight into the friendly nature of the firm and its empolyees.
