The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement in the Conversions and Accessories department at NTCE and acquire very valuable career experiences
The majority of the time I was very valued by my colleagues. Occasionally I was deemed a student but management was quick to step in.
to any extent that I needed. Management was always available to support.
Very busy with constant work flow. I gained very good time management skills with the high work load.
Management trusted me with full responsibility on some very high profile projects.
This placement year has set me up with a very solid base to begin my career in the automotive industry and has expanded my opportunities after graduation in different sectors of the industry.
The Company
Good, entertaining and busy at the same time
Quite good, HR provided induction training and I was able to develop the role within my department.
Training and skill development courses were available throughout my placement.
