The Role
The working environment was great and the people I worked with were even better
I think they enjoyed my personality as I tend to be happy / bubbly, but work wise my work wasn't always needed or valued
I was given support but I was sometimes hard to get a meeting with them or be honest with them
Some days stressfully busy, other days bored.
Given a moderate amount of responisibility
My computer knowledge has grown, but not necessarily my engineering or techinical knowledge
The Company
Everyone I worked with was lovely and willing to help
they didnt really know what I was capable of the first few months so I had nothing to do, but It got better along the year
In regards to professionalism and standards expected of my work I was helped by mentors.
