1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

The social events were excellent, and the work was interesting. The people were very easy to get on with an there was an open door policy.

2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

Where there was an opportunity to get involved, people went out of there way to ensure that I was.

3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

Again, the open door policy and the general atmosphere meant that were needed, help was always available.

4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

There was definitely always something to do.

5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

Being an intern, there was limited opportunity to do work which required advanced knowledge. But overall, the little things I did do were incorporated into the bigger picture.

6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

It was mainly an insight without the need to develop specific skills, but it was certainly a valuable look at what life in a major global law firm is like.

Everyone is incredibly friendly.
