The Role
I have had a very challenging yet rewarding role at HP my learning expereinces have ensured that I am a highly motivated member of the team who throughly enjoys their role
The responsibility which was placed on mean made me feel valued by my colleagues
Without my support by my team I would not have been able to have gotten the most out of the year
I felt I had the right balance of work and play
I was surpirsied but rose to the challenge of the amount of responsibility I had been given.
I have learnt and developed so much over the course of the year, whether this be with my soft/hard skills or identifying and working on my weaknesses. My placement year has enabled me to discuss and plan for my dissertation and has also allready oppened up the door for graduate job opportunities in other companies. What I have learnt this year I will be using for the rest of my life.
The Company
There was a great team atmosphere in the office and the pollitics seemed to be very minimal.
My team ensured that I had a great start with a 6 week handover with the previous intern, throughout the year they set up different tasks and projects to do.
The time that my team invested in my training and development was increadable and was one of the highlights of the year.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Although I have throughly enjoyed my year at HP, because of the way I want to shape my future career I believe the company will not be able to cater for these. However I could never have imagined my placement year to have been as enjoyable as it was.
The Culture
I found that the intern communtiy was very clique and I did not engage with them. However I have deffinatly made freinds for life in my team.

Average
There were several opportunites to get involved in activities, especially in my team. I was dissapointed however with the opportunities with the intern community, the majourity of the time it seemed as though no one cared.
