    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed my internship at M&G, it is a great work environment with friendly people and many opportunities to get more insight into the asset management industry as a whole as well in the role of each department in the firm. Many activities, at and after work hours- activities were organised to meet with the interns working in other departments, which allowed us to create new relationships and learn from each other as well.

  • People working at M&G are very open and friendly in general. My colleagues included me in team meetings and team dinners from the first week of the internship. Colleagues were always happy to answer my questions and ready to assist me wherever they could. I felt my work was valued as well.
