The Role
Working at the FSA was an amazing experience, the most incredible opportunity of my life. It has given me the motivation and drive to strive to the utmost of my ability in the hope of one day achieving a job in a work environment and organisation as outstanding as the FSA.
The other participants in the Insight Academy as well as the staff were fantastic. The support, guidence and enthusiasm given was incredible.
The support given was flawless. No question was too silly to ask. They could not have been more helpful if they tried! It was a pleasure to work for them.
We were eager to learn and they were more than willing to teach us.
We were spilt into groups and given the responsibility to work on case studies and present our findings to the rest of the team and staff.
I have left with the greatest feeling of achievement, and unquenching thirst for knowledge. Above all, this Insight week has inspired and motivated me to channel everything I have to further my knowledge, chase every dream and opportunity and to never give up.
