The Role
Brilliant exposure to all aspects of law, great talks about practice areas not experience and all over brilliant people
As a vac schemer there is only so much you are qualified to do but you get the feeling you're helping out anyway, even in a small way.
The buddy system is great and there is always someone around to answer your questions no matter how stupid. People have a lot of time for you in general
Varied immensely, when there is work for you its all go but it goes with the territory that if a case or transaction is more complex there isn't always a lot for you to do
Not a lot but that's standard.
I got a great view of life in a friendly city firm and would recommend anyone to go for it.
The Company
People were amazingly friendly and I got on well with everyone I met
Great organisation -- lots of talks to keep you up to date with who the firm is and their strategy.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
The Culture
The city is expensive, there's nothing you can do about that.
Nice bars around and pubs were good.
Sports teams and CSR stuff
