The Role
The level and range of work given gave an amazing insight into every part of the firm's job structure from trainee through to partner/client interviews.
Everyone was very welcoming and supportive and took the time to explain the context of any work they gave which was very important.
As above, I was given the context of my work and also feedback after it was completed.
Very close to perfect, there were only a couple of occasions where I had to go looking for work and this was beneficial for meeting everyone anyway.
I feel I was given as much responsibility as possible given the limitations due to qualification/oversight requirements.
It was very helpful being able to practice some of the skills I had learned at university and seeing how my efforts were applied.
The Company
Everyone knows everyone and seems to get on amazingly well which makes for a great environment even when the pressure's on.
A couple of events had to be moved around and this was done excellently with everyone kept well up to date.
As much as possible for a 2 week placement I feel a great effort was made both in the office and during the placement activities to help me develop.
Subsidised Canteen
Would certainly like a job with them!
The Culture
Really excellent, the icebreaking sessions worked very well and we've been together enough that we can go out as a group at the end of each week to wind down.
London's great for socialising but does come with a price tag.
Lots to do.
