About You
Very enjoyable, learnt a lot about how Deloitte functions as a company.
I felt very welcomed and at home straight away. I was constantly involved in the audit process and my participation was always valued.
Training started right away, any questions I had were answered straight away by my colleagues.
The insight has taught me to be thorough in my work and to seek improvement at all times.
The Company
Very well structured - the first couple of days centred around training. From there we were given more responsibility as the time went on.
Great colleagues made this insight an enjoyable experience.
Company required extensive online training in order to ensure we were very familiar with their methodology and computer systems.
It highlights exactly what the role would involve full time.
It highlighted how much value Deloitte places in their employees at all levels.
Very helpful - it made me understand exactly what direction I wanted my career to move in.
