The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed my internship at KPMG, colleagues have been really friendly and helpful.
I'm very glad that my colleagues don't see me as an intern, but as a part of their family. They had a lot of trust and confidence in me by assigning me some real work.
Great support from my performance manager, whom arranged many clients' meetings, conference calls meetings, and lunches with partners for me.
Most days are rather busy, but there were times where I would be relatively free.
I was given real work, and engaged in real discussions with different partners.
Definitely learnt a lot, and increased my technical awareness on tax!
The Company
Very friendly!
Very well organised which enable me to gain maximum exposure on the real work.
I had the chance to shadow different partner, attend clients' meetings, and had conversations with different grades of employees in the firm! This has enable me to get real insight of their day-to-day work.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Awesome! Lunch allowance everyday, very flexible working environment!
The Culture
Definitely! Attended a sports event on my first day of intern, and had a couple of drinks event with them as well
Not too bad! affordable
Not so much of a nightlife, which suits me a lot, as I'm definitely not a night person.
Different clubs and societies, celebrations going on all year round.
