The Role
The work was pleasant, with a fantastic work environment.
All colleagues were extremely supportive and helpful at all stages.
My managers were always available to answer questions, or just to have a chat.
This fluctuated regularly. At times very busy, at others not as much. However, everybody was very supportive and assisted in both of these areas.
The project I was given was substantial. The major responsibility I was given was how I conducted this project. Although there was help whenever I needed it, I was not micro managed at all. This was a fantastic element of the placement.
I used many of the skills learnt in my degree whilst completing the placement, and further developed these areas which I am sure will be useful in the future.
The Company
Brilliant! Very friendly and supportive.
There were many events organised, as well as accommodation etc. Obviously there are areas for improvement, but overall very organised.
A substantial amount of development days were organised and very beneficial.
