The Role
Good working atmosphere, BMW Culture,
Given me tasks with own responsibility, trusted in my skills
Helped me whereever they could and supported me in all I needed
Very busy, but with tasks I liked to do and I had my own time management
A lot. Of course you can not do everything in your own responsibility but most of the tasks were very close to that.
To a large extent, as this will support me in all the parts of my studys.
The Company
I think the rating "Fun never stopped" is not 100% right, but at the moment I couldn't imagine an office, where the atmosphere could be a lot better!
When it came to my manager, everything went well, but the human ressource department sometimes struggled.
I became part of one of their scholarship programs, so they supported and still support me.

Subsidised Canteen

Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Good, not 100% safe, but I'm on one of their scholarship schemes,
The Culture
Yes.
Oxford is really expensive when it comes to living and socialising, but the salary was quite high, so it was OK!
Some good clubs and a lot of pubs, but very expensive
I did a lot with colleagues and there is lots of things to do around Oxford and London is quite close!
