The Role
Really enjoyed it. People is open and friendly and the tasks that I received were very challenging. I'm also comfortable with the culture of the company.
I feel really valued. They support my decisions when is the right thing to do and they tell me when I'm wrong. I feel they are keen on me learning. The enviroment is of respect and integrity.
My manager is in every detail and the colleague that is leading me through the job is highly skilled for this. Sometimes is hard to meet the deadlines but then is rewarding.
Very busy, more than I should be. I never go back to home neither in time nor at a reasonable hour. This has to be with the projects that I'm undertaking. Big projects have a big responsibility. I'm happy with my projects so I stay after hours with happiness as well, but I honestly think that in a permanent job I would have to review this. You can do extra hours every day for two months but not for a permanent job. To sum up, I'm happy with this because is an internship, in a permanent job would be something to discuss.
Exactly the amount I wanted. An engaging project that is neither easy nor impossible to achieve.
I think I enhanced my analytical thinking and the way in which I analyze processes. I also learnt how to deal with problems and solve them. I feel that the training offered is the appropiatte and even a little bit beyond. I'm happy with this.
The Company
Really good, everybody enjoys and is very friendly and willing to help.
Really well, My team is awesome and my boss has a clear vision of what he wants.
I feel the training is the appropiate. I'm happy with this.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Highly appealing. I really would like to build a career here.
The Culture
Yes there was. There are lot of social events to ensure teams work well. I'm satisfied with this. However, sometimes some colleagues become extremelly competitive, that's a disadvantage.
Good balance. I already lived here so I had costs under control.
Great. I didn't have much though! (remember the extra hours?)
Plenty of them, mainly through citizenship projects. Great fun and a way of contributing to our community,
