The Role
I enjoyed work the majority of the time however the hours were long and often was required to work overtime.
Often praised for good work and developed good working relationships with colleagues
Managers were always there to answer questions and support in what i was doing in most areas of work
Usually extremely busy and rushing around constantly to get things done, often didnt get time and chance for a full hour lunch break
given a lot of responsiblity but was often checked up on
i think the expereince will be more valuable after i have finished uni and am looking for a graduate jobs and have learnt a lot about myself rather than developing skills as a direct result of placement
The Company
quite volitile, office was very up and down with peoples emotions as was quite stressful at times
Followed a strict training schedule which was monitored which was a good set up
i was pushed contantly to complete my training folder which gave me the motivation to do well
Company Parties/Events
i wouldnt return back there after uni but as a placement it was great but i dont see myself in the same role when i graduate
The Culture
not at all
free, i lived at home
quiet town, no night life really
no
