The Role
My Internship was fantastic
I always felt like my oppinions were taken into account.
My manager was constantly at my desk making sure I was on the right track with my project and answering questions I had.
The ballance great. I never once felt bored and rarely felt like I had too much work at any one time
At first quite little, but as the internship progressed I was given more and more until I was working completely independently.
The skills I have learned are invaluable. Not just the financial terminology, but also the way people act in an office environment.
The Company
The people on the team are all extremely smart and hard-working but always had a positive attitude and really enjoyed their work
It varies from team to team. The team I was on (multi-asset investments) had well structured projects for all their interns, however others didn't have the same experience
