The Role
A brilliant first experience. Had plenty to opportunities to learn and discover the world of finance, from the market leaders.
I was given important work as the employees put their faith in me since day 1. It really helps in building confidence.
Colleagues were extremely supportive and helpful. Always welcomed questions not just work related but anything regarding career choices and decisions. Managemnet very flexible and accomodating.
Not very hectic, if you can manage your time well.
I was responsible for some important tasks. Once you show you are good, they trust you with bigger responsibilties.
Learnt a great deal not just about finance but also how to be in a formal setting. The experience definitely improved my understanding of the theoritical concepts and helped me in my thesis.
