The Role
I really enjoyed my internship and have found it a worthwhile experience which I can use in achieving my future career and studies.
I felt valued by my colleagues because although they were very busy with their own work they always made time for me and to set work for me.
My supervisor was extremely supportive and I spoke with her everyday and went on site visits with her.
The majority of the time I was always busy although not too busy that I felt stressed or under pressure.
I was given a sensible amount of responsibility during my placement in comparison to my level of experience. I was responsible for completing work contributing towards reports.
The skills I have learnt during my placement have enabled me to put my learnt knowledge into practical use and I can apply to my future studies and career.
The Company
The general atmosphere in my office was friendly and welcoming, people are always willing to help if I had any problems.
The internship was well organized in terms of work I would be doing although login details my computer were not set up ready for me.
The employees of the firm invested a lot of time into my personal development and training.
They are very appealing I have already applied for a place on their graduate scheme and hope to begin my career within the company.
The Culture
There were no fellow placement colleagues although the social scene amongst the employees of the firm is great and regularly socialize out of work hours.
It is average. I already lived here so it did not affect me.
The nightlife in Manchester is good.
Yes there are sports teams and evening drinks and meals.
