The Role
The internship was very well organized. We had 10 days of training, which was very helpful. Ienjoyed my internship in general.
I felt valued during the presentation of my projects.
Having a mentor is very helpful. Moreover, you have the opportunity to meet one senior of the company during a coffee chat. He can give you some really good advice on the industry and on life in general.
Closer to deadlines, we were very busy.
It really depends on the desk you work on. I have been asked to valuate two companies that the traders were actually looking at, so it was helpful to them.
One learns a lot more "on the field" than at school. I learned a lot during the internship.
The Company
The HR team did a great job. There were many events, but there were even more for women. We had the opportunity to meet very senior women in the company. This is a once in a life chance.
We had 10 days of traning, and managers would also organise conferences to explain their products.
