The Role
I enjoyed my summer internship in BoAML and I hope I will be offered the opportunity to join the bank I think it is a great place to work and to learn. I felt that the everyone in the bank is really interested in investing resources in young people like me and I felt somehow important for the organization. I also enjoyed that fact of getting a lot of exposure to senior people in the bank and the possibily to listen to their advises and points of view
I felt valued and I felt everyone was inteersted in knowing me better. I learnt that it just important to ask and everyone will be ready to help you
I found really useful the buddy program and the mentorship program. They have been really useful and provided explanations and advise. It is good in the first days to have one or two people as a reference available for you
As normal there were moments I have been more busy and moments I have been less busy but overall I appreciated that every spend timne to try to involve and give explanation and even when I was not busy people tries to explan me why and they tried to come up with simulation and project that would help understanding the product better
I really appreciated the fact that I got exposure to senior people and I had the opportnuity to work directly with them
I am about to end my studies and it was really rewarding being to apply in practice what I l have been studying on books for many years. I also acquired a lot of soft skills that I feel would be highly useful in real situations
The Company
The general atmosphere was really enjoyable and I really like all the people I met there
The intership was really organized and the program is well strucutured
They invested a lot in the program and they organized a lot of events to allow interns to know different divisions and different aspects of the organization. We had the opportnity to also attend event organized for us to meet more senior people in the bank
Subsidised Canteen

They are really appealing and I hope I will be offered the opportunity to join the bank
