The Role
The experience has just been great - people are nice and willing to teach, as well as fun to hang out with. The only moments when I was not enjoying it was when I didn't have work to do.
They almost always provided feedbacks and thanked me for the work
A lot of networking events that helped us meeting several people in the firm
Mostly very busy, besides few days where had nothing to do
Enough, but could have used some more responsibility
Managing skills mostly: I learnt to manage amount of work in an efficient way.
The Company
Beautiful - I always felt in the right place
It was good overall. Being in a pool gave me the chance to work with different teams and hopefully have a better understanding of the industries/people I like. However, this also meant not always seeing the project in its entirity, but just working on a small part - which doesn't give you an overall view. Also, I think we were too many interns and sometime there was not enough work for everybody or it was not well distributed across all the interns (i.e. some people very busy and others had nothing to do)
I, overall, think they invested a lot
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very much: steep learning curve, nice people, good industry overall
The Culture
Definitely
Very high
Pretty amazing
Yes, thanks to the policy of no work during weekends and 10pm "curfew"
