The Role
- Enjoyed the working culture and working with the people very much - very open and personable - Work-life balance was great - Was able to be myself throughout the whole thing due to the open environment of the firm
- Very much so, was always respected and made to feel welcome
- Greatly - never felt nervous to ask questions because people would answer in a supportive manner
- It varied, but on the whole was busy for the whole day
- Fair amount - would've appreciated more challenging work at times
- Skills such as interacting with people in a corporate environment will assist for life
The Company
Very open and relaxed - people informal with each other. No sense of hierarchy at all, mutual support
On the whole it was well organised, but sometimes people would have a prior set of tasks to give me, so it was rather spontaneous and inconsistent.
Heavily - training was great and highly organised and intensive
