The Role
The internship was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend the programme.
Very valued.
Great support and weekly meetings with an assigned buddy to catch up.
Fairly busy starting second week onwards
A great deal of responsibility as I started working on real client assignments from the second onwards.
Throughout the internship I gained soft skills such as teamwork, communication and leadership; these skills are undoubtedly useful for group projects at university and beyond.
The Company
The atmosphere was incredibly friendly.
Very well organised especially first week and last week.
During the first week, we had 4 days of induction and training. On the first day we did a couple of team-working tasks and had icebreakers. On the following three days we had technical training. For tax this included an insight into personal tax (inheritance tax), VAT and corporate tax.
