The Role
Greta balance between being fun and insightful.
Was constantly given important work to do and never got bored.
Always present to give help/advice.
Enough work to keep me busy throughout the day but never to a point where I felt swamped.
The jobs I had were not the most important but were incredibly useful to the team, for example data inputting so all information is easily accessible.
Feel like I leant a lot of useful skills and competencies over my placement that I will then be able to transfer in the future.
The Company
Great energy, but not to a point where it was distracting.
Talks every week to outline the features of the business were particularly useful.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Would be very keen to join JLL in the future.
The Culture
Social events helped get everyone together, but rarely saw most of them on a day to day basis as everyone is on different teams.
Unfortunately working in central London will be very expensive.
Pubs, restaurants and bars constantly full.
JLL sets up many initiatives outside the office.
