The Role
I really enjoyed it. Steep learning curve, high involvment in the business since the very beginning, good and stimulating team.
They really cared of my personal and professional development throughout the internship. They were always ready to teach me and explain everything. Very nice people, highly talented and smart. I have learned a lot thanks to them.
He was always ready to teach me and involve me in the business from the first day. He was key in my development and learning process.
It depends on the day, the market, the clients and the deals going on. Generally, quite busy.
Medium to high considering I was just doing a summer internship, but this made me learn a lot and improve myself remarkably in a very short period of time.
I feel I have learned a lot, more than in the whole year at university thanks to the people I worked with. I am definitely more mature and aware of the business and generally of the industry right now. I developed new skills which will help me succeed not only in my last year of study but also in my future career.
The Company
MUSI is unique in this respect, the culture of the bank (which stands out in the daily working atmosphere) is far better than that of other banks. People are nice, open, friendly, very talented and smart. They are always ready to share their views, experiences, give advice and teach you. It is definitely the best place to start your career if you really want to understand the job and generally speaking the industry.
Very well organized. We had trainings, networking events, training sessions, trading simulations, social events.
Definitely a lot. We had a very well organized and complete training at the beginning supported by good study materials. The on the job learning curve is extremely steep as well thanks to periodic trainings, and other initiatives (such as trading games).
