The Role
Always a great emphasis on involving the interns / explaining.
Sometimes not too busy given the large intern class on my year, but overall good balance.
The Company
Excellent atmosphere in the office, nice people.
Organisation was seamless, with many events & senior speakers (including CEO)- overall an extremely structured program.
One week formal training at the beginning
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing.
The Culture
Excellent social scene, internes overall very sociable & outgoing.
Extremely expensive (it is London).
Awesome nightlife, although you should be warned that most clubs in central London close very early - you have to have some back-up plans (East London mostly)
The hours, although truly great for an IBD internship, are still relatively heavy, which limits day activities outside of work - no problems with the nightlife though
