The Role
It was a very useful experience to get to understand the industry
There was a strong support network

very busy but it was interesting work
It varied by task, some was background work and other parts were helping structure loans or helping pitches

Relaxed but still got work done
Very well organised
Significant amount of time and resources. Everyone in department spent ages talking to senior people and had good tools available (including a bloomberg terminal etc..)
