The Role
This is a really great company to work for. The people are great and so supportive. You have to work hard but the projects are great and you learn so much.
My line manager has been so supportive. She has really helped me work on my weak areas and spent time giving me tips on how to improve.
My day is extremely busy. Its fun and the day passes quickly but there is always plenty of work to do!
i was given lots of responsibility and had my own projects which I led.
I feel that I have learn skills for life such as well as putting theory into practice which will hopefully be helpful in my fourth year!
The Company
There is a great atmosphere in the office. Everyone is so passionate about what they do.
One of my weaknesses is that I am not always assertive enough but my manager arranged for me to go on a course to bring out my confidence!
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I have my Graduate assessment center in a few weeks and I'm really hoping I'll get asked back!
The Culture
Costs can be quite high as we often went to London which is expensive.
Nightlife in Maidenhead isn't fantastic but Reading, Windsor and of course London are near by and have more going on.
