The Role
VWFS has been a fantastic place to work over the past 14 months offering a great opportunity to gain experience in the fastest organically growing leasing company within the UK.
Support was available when needed, and not just limited to formal one to ones or team meetings.
VWFS gave me the opportunity to get involved in various projects which complemented my day to day tasks, therefore ensuring that I was busy, but adding value within the organisation.
Throughout my placement I was given responsibility for various day to day tasks as well as the responsibility to deliver key projects throughout my time at VWFS
I have been given valuable insight into how a mature leasing company works and was therefore able to apply learning from my first two years of studies, this experience will be invaluable in future employment and studies
The Company
VWFS gave me the opportunity to take part in lots of formal training over the course of the year, developing and enhancing my skills. However I was also given the opportunity to be involved with various projects over the year which stretched my development and again has given me valuable skills for my career.

VWFS Fleet is a rapidly expanding department where good job opportunities are frequent.
The Culture
VWFS organises many social events, often in the aid of local and national charities. A highlight for myself would be the MK annual dragon boat race!
