The Role
I've enjoyed the work tremendously. It has been a good mixture of work and fun.
I felt that my opinion was counted and my feedback taken on board. The team has been great in terms of including my ideas and though
The support services have been good. The buddy mentor system is great. The team also cared a lot about the workload on the interns which was helpful.
It varied quite a bit. There were some days where the work load was full and I was very busy. However this was balanced by days where the work load was minimal and I was able to consolidate my knowledge.
I was given a lot of responsibility on some projects which was good. I felt that the work in these projects contained my thought which as an intern can be quite satisfying.
The skills I learned including valuation, excel, time management and various other skills will help me in my career ahead.
The Company
Very friendly and professional. When things needed to be done it was very efficient and the team functioned like clockwork.
Things were organised very smoothly from case studies to presentations. The overall structure was good.
The company invested heavily with online training and guest speakers for professional development. There were talks on the valuation side of things which as a non-finance graduate I found very helpful.

The interns got along well with tremendous fun and good nights out.
The cost of living was high but the compensation from the bank more than covered for it
Good with lots of bars around
Yes there was from local gyms to rugby teams.
