The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was treated as a colleague and not a trainee. I was given important tasks to do and responsibilities which made me feel valued.
I had a mentor and a line manager that provided support each step of the way during my time here.
Very busy, I was always occupied with work to do.
Huge responsibilieies, had to attend important meetings and was trusted with sensitive information.
I plan to study economics and mathematics and he skills I have learnt: attention to detail, ability to think logically and analytically will enable be when reading my chosen degree.
The Company
Very friendly but professional.
Very organised. I was well informed through out the process.
They invested a lot of time and moneyin terms of sending the Academy trainees to training such as, Excel and Bloomberg training.
Very appealing. I can see myself working her when I graduate.
The Culture
Yes, we had a good, strong professional conection.
Lunch was somewhat expensive but affordable.
