The Role
Full of challenges and full of excitements
Responsibility was givern at an early stage. Also feel valued by taking part in the discussions.
Everyone in the team was willing to take their time to offer help/explanation, managers also spent time to provide guidance when approached.
It depends on how many tasks and how much responsibilities you are willing to take, but remember to balance your time and energy.
Taking ownership means responsibility
New skills learnt every single day!
The Company
Serious at work, but fun to work with
Very well organised, training, speech sessions, and mentor program
Definitely A LOT
Company Parties/Events
Very friendly and helpful colleagues, steep learning curve
The Culture
Definitely yes
Training and social events organised by the firm
