The Role
Sometimes had too much work to leave the desk and go sit on others but overall pretty good balance
Less so on the first roatation but that is jus the nature of equity sales I think as requires a lot of client interaction. More projects on F&O and OTC Clearing
Best part of the internship was how much I learnt. Without a doubt
The Company
HR were phenomenal. No confusion at all and lots of events
Everyone was incredibly open to giving advice when they were free
Unsure if have the job but would definitely take it if on the right desk. Great organisation to work within
The Culture
Helped by the events HR put on
Pretty expensive asround St. Paul's but very much expected
Good pub scene after work. Shoreditch not far either.
I was lucky and got invited to a few from my different desks. Football and rugby tournaments also organised for the interns. i think finding a niche activity would be hard though
