The Role
Enjoyed a lot - great opportunity to meet people at different levels.
Very. Even people at MD levels make time to meet you, you just have to ask!
To a great extent. I and my manager realised early on that the work that i was assigned wasn't exactly the kind i interviewed for. So, he helped me meet the right people so that, that doesn't happen again - allowing me to shadow another team for half a day as well.
Not too busy - which in a way is a good thing - gives you the time to participate in various events and learning sessions.
I was fully accountable for my work - which generally used to be one handed, or where i had to collect things from other to work on.
I developed more inter-personal skills, how i should approach people who are much high above in position than me, to find out what you want by talking to different people - not just your fellow interns or your team members, but members from different teams and at different levels.
The Company
Very professional and in a good way! And once you work together with the people and get to know them better - it starts to get much easier to blend in - as is usually the case. Incredibly dynamic and energetic.
Very well organised! HR did an absolutely brilliant job of organising this internship. There were so many specific events organised for the interns that really enriched my experience than if I had just spent 9 weeks on the desk.
Had great intern learning sessions and networking events. One and a half day training in the very begining which was quite efficiently organised.

Working from home
Very. Would love to come and work here again. Diverse range of people to work with and learn from. If you have the ability to challenge yourself, people are always willing to help you move forward.
The Culture
Lunches/drinks with fellow interns. Something going on every now or then, you just have to join in.
I interned in London, which can be an expensive place to live in. But the pay is good, so that shouldn't be a problem.
It's London! What more could you ask for?!
Loads of social events, you just have to find your fit!
