Technology Business Analyst Review

I enjoyed the internship a lot. It was challenging at first however after a couple weeks you get into the swing of things and stuff starts to become a bit easier.

I feel valued by my team. I've had members of my team ask me questions about the current project we are working on, and then use my answer as the next step in their own work.

All the questions I asked no matter how basic were answered well by my manager. This ranged from basic questions to do with email etiquette all the way up to hard technical questions which required peoples time to sit down and explain it to me.

Really depends on the day. Some days were much quieter than others, however every time I felt like I did not have enough work I did not feel afraid to ask for more.

I was working on the project my team was currently doing. This meant that without some of the work I had to do my team would not be able to move forward in developing a solution. Obviously this work could have been done by someone else in the team, but it was nice to be given work that actually had an instant impact on the progress my team was making.

The majority of the new skills I developed were soft skills, so stuff like how to communicate effectively, working in a team etc.
