The Role
Got a better understanding of the direction and heading of FSA but little on which divisions are within the FSA.
The group sessions was a good way of exploring solutions to a business problem and appreciate inputs from various colleagues and myself.
Event was slow paced.
Group events such as case study and assessment session allowed for group participation and teamworking to solve issues.
Risk analysis session was conducted in a rush but allowed me to appreciate the risk analysis skillset imparted from my engineering education.
The Company
Graduates and leadership team was very appreciative of event and willingly shared experience.
The day event was well organised though extra manpower in running the session might improve the quality of the various sessions.
It was a 1 day event that does not provide much scope for evaluation.
The future split of the FSA might create uncertainties in terms of opportunities in the years ahead.
The Culture
Most students were there to gain a better understanding of the FSA and it was a good social event to get to know more people.
Difficult to ascertain for a 1 day event
