The Role
I absolutely loved it. Every body was really nice and helpful and there were such a variety of tasks that I did over the 4 weeks which included audit & non audit work.
I felt extremely valued. Every team I worked with made me feel extremely valued and included me in everything they did.
I was constantly given guidance. There wasn't a time where I was unsure. If I was, I would simply ask. Everybody was happy to help.
Some days were more busy than others but I always had something to do. Some days I was working none stop but I never left later than 5 which was great!
I was given the same responsibility as a first year graduate.
I have developed a wide range of skills which I can now take back to my final year of uni and they will definitely help me in the future.
The Company
The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed. Everyone was working on their clients but were also available for a friendly chat. It was a perfect balance.
It was extremely well organised. I knew exactly what I was doing on a daily basis and was given regular feedback.
They invested indirectly in the form of teaching me how to do each task.
