  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight programme was a great couple of days filled with many informative presentations, activities and networking events.

    • All employees of Deloitte were very welcoming and were always happy to answer any questions.

    • We all were given a great amount of information about Deloitte and the different service lines, which really helped in the later interview stage for the summer vacations scheme.

    • I definitely believe I really improved on my presentation skills and I am now a lot more confident talking to big groups of people.

    • There was a good timetable provided of the day which was well planned and structured.

    • Everyone who attended the insight programme were very friendly and enthusiastic, which made it great to work in teams.

    • We were provided a great presentation on what Deloitte looks for in an employee and were offered a mock interview.

    • Many employees shared their Deloitte experiences and there was always a chance to ask questions.

    • The employees really demonstrated well Deloitte's culture and beliefs.

    • We were given informative presentations and tasks in each of the services which was extremely useful for when decided what career path to choose.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • Travel expenses were reimbursed and a hotel was provided for everyone.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There were many opportunities to network, including a three course meal at the end of the first evening, in which employees rotated after every course to enable you to speak to people from serval areas.

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?

    • I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it gave me the opportunity to speak to a partner in Deloitte which was such a great experience.

    • Employees mentioned charity and sporting activities that they were involved in as a part of Deloitte

    • I would definitely recommend this programme to anyone interested in a career in a professional services firm.
