The Role
I enjoyed my time, the hours were long but it is enjoyable
From day one you're stuck right in there and apart from not being able to drive, you're exactly the same as graduates
Throughout, head office provided help and support and training including working lunches with senior management
Very busy, most of the time you're serving customers, on the phone etc
A lot, the same amount as any graduate
sales and customer service skills are always valuable
The Company
Friendly and supportive
You get a training file and it's up to you to complete as much as possible
around a weeks of training as well as lots of on the job training
Financial Bonus
I'll probably look at working with another company, but I would recommend ERAC
The Culture
We had a social and when we had training we went out for meals
CHEAP!
Good, Cardiff and Newport are close and fun nights out
Yes, community days were available
