  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed my time, the hours were long but it is enjoyable

    • From day one you're stuck right in there and apart from not being able to drive, you're exactly the same as graduates

    • Throughout, head office provided help and support and training including working lunches with senior management

    • Very busy, most of the time you're serving customers, on the phone etc

    • A lot, the same amount as any graduate

    • sales and customer service skills are always valuable

    • You get a training file and it's up to you to complete as much as possible

    • around a weeks of training as well as lots of on the job training

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • We had a social and when we had training we went out for meals

    • CHEAP!

    • Good, Cardiff and Newport are close and fun nights out
