The Role
It was one of the best summers of my life.
The working environment is absolutely great, everyone is easy to talk to.
My manager was really supportive and helpful, plus I had a buddy on my team to guide me through the initial days.
The internship started slow but, the last month was really engaging and busy.
I was working on 3 separate projects and a couple of supporting tasks. I had the ability to take full ownership of the projects.
I learned loads about stakeholder management and customer engagement.
The Company
The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. The team worked hard but we always joked and supported each other
There was some training in the beginning bu not throughout the internship
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I would really like to join Barclays in the future
The Culture
There were people going out for drinks almost every day.
Canary Wharf is not the best place for going out but plenty of bars after work
There were plenty of activities as long as you proactively engaged and looked for the opportunities
