The Role
Opportunities where given to travel and training was also available. The things that I had learnt at University i could easily apply to my everyday job.
Proffessionalism was kept and people I waorked with made me feel very valued. I easily made friends too.
A lot of directions was given, started of with simple tasks and more challenging tasks as time went on. Had the ability to work more independently and in teams
The ability yo prioritize my work load was one of the things i felt i learn t the most during this placement year. I learnt how to manage your own workload and in what order you have to have it done dependedent on deadlines and importance. These are some of the things they dont teach you when you are at University but you learn once you have gotten yourself into the world of work.
I was given enough responsibility to keep me busy and feel valued.
You learn how to deal with people from all walks of life. People from different educational background, but learning that without each other the organisation would struggle to function.
The Company
It was neither boring or fun. It was work! There are moments where you can have fun and there were times when work had to be done.
It was well organised.
Did went all out and I dont hink any other company would have done what Cummins did.
