The Role
Fantastic oppertunity. Thoroughly enjoyed the day to day challenges and found, on the most part, that everything undertaken was new and everyday learnt something new.
Great colleagues, good level of humor whilst still keeping focused on the job at hand.
Significant levels of support.
I don't feel this question is easy to answer. It very much varies. I also feel that personally I prefer to be busy, which in this placement was most of the time.
For the most part left to own devices. When supervisor was absent I stood in.
Learnt a huge deal in my time on placement, most of which are skills I wouldn't otherwise have had a chance to undertake. All of these skills support my ability to suit a future role within the profession.
The Company
As mentioned previously, surrounded by a great bunch of colleagues.
Initial organisation was slow. Long duration passed before I received a computer to start work. After that, the flexible plan of work allowed me to find a place to fit inside the team to maximum effect.
Cummins provided many fantastic training oppertunities. This would have been 9/10 if I would have been able to have six sigma training during my time here, which I fell would have been hugely beneficial.

Good prospects.
The Culture
Good social oppertunities though personally I didn't attend many of the events.
Lived with the mother! Can't complain.
Huddersfield OK, Leeds/Manchester short train ride away for superior evenings out.
Many volunteering oppertunities and sports clubs.
