The Role
The internship was challenging, but fun. Developed a lot, created a strong and broad network and had plenty of opportunities to involve in extra activities. Best Job Ever!
All my colleagues treated me with respect and paid a lot of attention to my needs. They also supported me and assisted me whenever required.
Guidance and support were always available.
Usually very balanced, sometimes more busy before deadlines.
I have been given full control over 2 projects.
Most of them are interpersonal skills that I use on a day to day basis. Developed technical skills that will help me with my degree.
The Company
The general atmosphere in my office was very relaxed. Colleagues were friendly and very helpful and always ready to put you in the mood with a joke. They always made sure I don't get bored or that I have something to do and assisted me with any issue.
Everything has been taking care of way before we (the interns) joined the company by the recruitment team and volunteers. The whole hiring/joining process ran smoothly and everything was under control. Same applies to the events ran for the interns, with no major problems happening.
The company invested a lot in my personal training and development. I had access to unlimited online resources, training materials, tutorials and documentation that was created and checked by the firm to suit our needs. There were also BRG providing extra training, plus we had the opportunity to request training, shadow other teams and attend Senior speaker series.

On track for getting a job with them.
The Culture
There was a great social interaction between fellow interns and we all got to know each other (which is impressive considering the large number of interns here). The company facilitated that by organizing various networking events and BBQs and encouraging us to network as much as possible. We helped and shadowed each other as well as going out and networking outside working hours.
The cost of living was not too high giving that it was very close to work, stores, shops, restaurants and the city center. Socialising was also affordable. Plus, the pay is good and it fully covered the living costs whilst allowing you to make some savings.
I did not personally go out but my friend's experiences seem to be positive.
Literally unlimited opportunities. Some of them were actually organized by the company, but the others were facilitated by the area I lived in.
