The Role
The placement was challenging but I found it to be a good balance and gave a good introduction to the working environment.
My work was clearly valuable to them.
Any time I needed help there were many team members and management figures available.
I always had work to do and only on some occasions had to wait for others before I could progress.
I was responsible for my own project and could make my own decisions about how my work should develop.
The problem solving skills I have gained here will help me immensely in future programming endeavors.
The Company
Vibrant, friendly, busy, everyone is approachable
I would say that the overall organisation was ok, considering the sheer number of interns the company employs.
As much as I wanted, which was a fair amount, and so training was readily available.
Company Parties/Events
Very, the company is very transparent with their intentions to keep you on or not, and actively promotes networking and mobility within the company.
The Culture
Regularly met with fellow interns as well as team events and team drinks etc.
Its London so its expensive
Its London so its absolutely buzzing
Yes and this was actively promoted.
