The Role
Real work and different everyday
Given responsibilities and in a friendly office
Supervisor made a concious effort to get me around and find my feet
gets very busy at times
I led projects and high level investigation work
Real practical skills

had to be carefull of what gets said, corporate HR folk !

Was more upto me to get the training i wanted. more training from colleaues rather than specific courses.
