The Role
it is very well organized, a lot of internship events such as work shadowing, senior speaker series, my team is very helpful, and everyone is very patient with interns. I really enjoy the program
I feel like I am doing the real job, I am involved in their daily task, Some people may spend 10 min to explain a task which you can finish within 5 min. They also make sure there is always something keep you busy and make sure you learn a lot from the program.
my manager will give me daily feedback, I also get a buddy which is 2nd year graduate and a senior advisor who is ED level. I also received a lot help from my line manager as well as other teammates. if they don't know the question, they will help you to find the answer or the right person to ask.
it is very busy in the beginning of the month, and less busy in the end of the month, but I can handle the level of busy
a lot responsibility, I actually feel like I am an analyst instead of intern.
the training center, talk, desk training really helped me to develop my technical skill and also other soft skills such as communication skill, analytical, initiative and so on
The Company
fantastic, very relax, but fell fulfilled when it is busy
very well, as previously mentioned, a lot of events and shadowing, you have chance to understand each line of business and different division, you will get to know the company in both macro and micro way
my manager will always spend some time to sit down with me to give some feedback, or help me to set future objectives. Also HR has invited some senior advisor or graduate to give us career advices.
