The Role
I really enjoyed my internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. This was an amazing experience which allows me to improve and gain new skills. The work was challenging and during all 10 weeks was not a day without me learning something new.
I was feeling like part of the team since first day. My colleagues included me in the meetings and ask for my opinion. Moreover, some of them give me valuable support and guidance with my project.
I received an amazing support and guidance from my manager. He was always willing to help me, to answer to my question and explain me the where I did not understand.
Was a few days when I was very busy due to some deadlines, but in general I can say that was enough work to keep me going throughout the day.
It was giving me small tasks and a personal project to carry on my own.
I developed essential skills such as, team work, working in a professional environment, time management, logical approach and presentation skills. Together with this I learnt a new programming language called Python. I am sure that all this will help me in my next year at university.

I can say that is very appealing. The atmosphere and the diversity are making a job offer very desirable.
The Culture
Yes. The relationship was a very good one. We try to keep in touch as much as possible, going together to social events, take informal lunches or meet after work.
The cost was almost the same considering that I did not change the city.
The Nightlife was very enjoyable.
There were opportunities to get involved in numerous volunteer events, sport team or business events.
