The Role
I had a great time with the team. I have learnt a lot this year, developed my personal skills and gained valuable experience.
I was treated as an employee and included in team discussion.
I had clear goals and objectives at the beginning and there was a lot of support for interns.
I wasn't busy in the first week of every month but there was always work to do. If you feel you are not busy enough, you can ask your manager for more work.
I was responsible for a number of important tasks. I also worked closely with Marketing and Risk to extract data for Marketing campaigns
I attended three training courses and found them very helpful. I have developed my personal and professional skills, such as, influencing, presentation, organisational and time management.
The Company
Had a lot of fun in a friendly working environment
Very good. We had regular interns meeting where we could give and take feedback
There are a lot of class and on-line training courses available for employees
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I'm going to apply for their graduate scheme. It's a very good company to work for.
The Culture

It's more expensive than Birmingham!
