The Role
Whole week was well structured and well organised. Learnt a huge amount.
Everyone who I shadowed was very helpful and understanding that we were only first year students with limited knowledge.
Mentors stayed constantly in touch, and also called both before the week and afterwards.
All the days were very well structured and organised apart from the final day (the assessment centre) where there was a large amount of waiting around before and after.
Concentrated more on learning and shadowing rather than giving responsibility.
The workshops on day 1 and 2 were very useful and provided a firm foundation from which we could learn more and develop our skills.
The Company
Everyone was friendly and helpful
Extremely well organised.
Put an enormous amount of effort into helping us develop and giving us a firm foundation.
Company Parties/Events
A well organised firm with a promising future.
The Culture
Some slightly odd individuals, but people were largely quite outgoing and social.
Going out for drinks in the city was obviously expensive, but the company covered the costs of travel and accommodation.
Many pubs in the area.
Company laid on several evening events, both networking and social.
