The Role
It was very interesting, everybody was willing to help
People trust you with work, and this makes you feel part of the team
Everybody is willling to help. My manager, mentor, buddy, campus recuitment team, and anyone you meet is willing to help
You come to work everyday knowing you have something to do that delivers value to people
Was very surpised at the project I was was given to work on. It was a very important project. It made me feel trusted and motivated me to work hard
I have improved my presentation skills, technical skills, and have become a better team player.
The Company
It was interesting, but would occasionally get very 'serious' when there are incidences
Very well organised. Even if you were ever unsure about something, the atmosphere created made it comfortable to ask questions
I did SEO training. Also, there was a lot of great internal resources you had access to by virture of being part of the organisation
